To provide an enjoyable and safe sporting experience for an assigned group of youth, while they learn individual and team games skills, sportsmanship and fair play. Volunteer coaches provide leadership to help organize the team and actively engage players in their individual skill development.
To instill in a lifelong enjoyment of the game of various sports in youth, teach rules and skills of the game and teach sportsmanship through your leadership as a role model.
